Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Moynihan, Jr., J.), entered January 14, 2002 in Warren County, which denied defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
On November 26, 1999, plaintiff Sandra Sands (hereinafter plaintiff), while stopped at an intersection, was involved in an automobile accident when her vehicle was struck from behind by a vehicle owned and operated by defendants.
