This is an appeal from an adverse judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court by plaintiff, John Louis Green, who was an employee of Dr. and Mrs. Richard L. Sutton, Jr.

John Louis Green, who was approximately 46 years of age, placed an “ad” in the Kansas City Star, a newspaper published in Kansas City, Missouri, advising the public that he was seeking employment as a household worker.
