Defendants Mike Kodner, Martin Kod-ner and John Kodner appeal from a judgment entered February 4, 1970, finding them in contempt of court and assessing damages against them in the sum of $2,-150.00. This contempt proceeding arose out of a consent decree agreed to by the parties and entered by the trial court on February 21, 1965. Suit had previously been filed by three owners of property in real estate subdivisions known as Plats 1, 2 and 3 of Bellerive Estates.
