Appellant Jimmie Lee Cudjo appeals his conviction for felony aggravated assault. The jury found him guilty and, after a punishment hearing, found the enhancement allegation in the indictment true, and assessed punishment at 60 years’ incarceration in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and a $10,000 fine.
