This is an interlocutory appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma granting the plaintiffs’ motion to prevent the transfer of $350,000 to Synergy Group Incorporated (Synergy) or its affiliate, Skelgas Group Incorporated (Skelgas Group). Pursuant to the order, the funds are being held in an interest-bearing escrow account pending resolution of the merits.
