Appeal from that part of an order of the Supreme Court (Doran, J.), entered November 7, 1991 in Schenectady County, which partially denied defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Plaintiff commenced this action to recover for injuries sustained by her as the result of an automobile accident in which her stopped vehicle was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by defendant.
