Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (White, J.), entered August 7, 1987 in Schenectady County, which denied defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint of plaintiff Gustave C. Leschen.

Plaintiff Gustave C. Leschen (hereinafter plaintiff) and his wife commenced this negligence action to recover for personal injuries allegedly sustained in an automobile accident on June 28, 1984.
