This case is before the court on Exxon Corporation (Exxon)’s motion for summary judgment on plaintiff L.C. Williams Oil Company (Williams)’s remaining claims. At the conclusion of oral argument on this motion supplemental briefing on certain points was requested. These supplemental briefs and the record compiled in this case have been reviewed.
