SNEED, Circuit Judge:

Princeville Development Corp. (Prince-ville) appeals the district court’s dismissal of its “baby” FTC Act claim under Haw.Rev.Stat. § 480-2 against Morgan, Olm-stead, Kennedy, and Gardner Inc. (Morgan Olmstead). We affirm.
