In this multi-defendant prosecution, the Government alleges that defendants Kenneth McGriff (“McGriff’), Dennis Crosby (“Crosby”), Victor Wright (“Wright”), Nicole Brown (“Brown”) and Emanuel Mosley (“Mosley”) were all part of “a criminal organization ... whose members and associates engaged in acts of murder, narcotics trafficking and • money laundering.” [Fifth] Superseding Indictment ¶ 1.
