Appellant Ferebe challenges the district court’s denial of his motion to strike and to bar the United States’ Notice of Intention to Seek the Death Penalty (the “Death Notice”) in his trial for the murders of Yolanda Evans and Benjamin Harvey Page, on the grounds that notice was not provided to him a reasonable time before the trial as required by Title 18, section 3593(a) of the United States Code.
