MEMORANDUM OPINION

WALTER SHAPERO, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on Creditor, Republic Bank’s, objection to Debtors, Daniel N. Zott and Jean R. Zott’s, claims of exemption as to monies held in their respective Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs). The Court SUSTAINS Creditor’s objection to the extent that the Court finds that funds held in Debtors’ IRAs are property of Debtors’ bankruptcy estate under 11 U.S.C. § 541, and not exempt under 11 U.S.C. § 522(d)(10)(E).
