This is a review of an unpublished per curiam decision of the court of appeals dated May 22, 1985, affirming an order by Judge Richard T. Becker, circuit court for Washington county, following a jury trial. The issue before this court is whether the trial court and court of appeals were correct in holding that the claimant's burden in *359an adverse possession case is the ordinary or lowest burden — to prove adverse possession by the greater weight of the credible evidence.
