This is an action brought to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by the plaintiff at Nashua on September 5, 1962, as the result of an explosion in a machine manufactured by the defendant, while the plaintiff was operating an adjoining machine in the course of his employment by Improved Machinery Company. There was a trial by jury with a view, and a verdict was returned for the plaintiff.
