Plaintiff Candace Harbaugh (“Harbaugh”) alleges that she was unlawfully terminated from her employment as a teacher by Defendant Board of Education of the City of Chicago (the “Board”). Harbaugh filed a four-count complaint in state court against the Board and its Chief Executive Officer 1 , which the Board subsequently removed to this court.
