DOBIE, Circuit Judge.

The Old Monastery Company, a corporation (hereinafter called Monastery), Harold Ostrow, Walter Renken and Joseph Davis were indicted by a grand jury of the United .States District Court for the Western District of South Carolina for a conspiracy to violate Section 4(a) of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix § 904(a), and Maximum Price Regulations Numbers 193 and 445.
