On June 24, 1912, ip the county court of Tulsa county, William Am derson, plaintiff in error,' tendered his resignation as .the guardian of Lucy- Bi-own and Nellie Brown, minors. On August 27, 1912, he filed separate final accounts, as the guardian of each ward; 'which were! on January' 13, 1913, excepted to on the same grounds .by his successors in office appointed and qualified on September 9,. 1912; and the same, coming on to.be heard, were consolidated, • and on April 17, 1913, sustained.. In the-meantime', Lucy had married Walter Anderson and died, and "the cause was revived'in the'name…
