OPINION

LUONGO, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, Hyman and Joshua Marder, father and son, brought suit against Conwed Corporation for breach of contract and violations of the federal antitrust laws.1 Plaintiffs alleged that Conwed wrongfully terminated an oral employment contract under which plaintiffs acted as Conwed’s exclusive manufacturer’s representatives in several mid-Atlantic states and in the District of Columbia. The alleged breach occurred in December 1971, but suit was not filed until December 1973. On July 17, 1974, I granted defendant’s motion to dismiss plaintiffs’ antitrust claims.…
