ORDER ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR A CHANGE OF VENUE
HEMPHILL, District Judge.
Defendant’s motion to transfer this case from the District of South Carolina to the *370Tyler Division of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, or, in the alternative, to the Oklahoma City Division of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, filed March 12, 1976, invites the decision of this court. The motion is based on the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a).1 The parties have filed briefs and affidavits in support of their respective positions.
