The defendant, Genevieve Viarengo, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a trial to the court, awarding the plaintiff Matthew Vaccarelli, administrator c.t.a. of the estate of Stella Jankowski, 1 damages in the amount of $496,070, and imposing a constructive trust for the benefit of the plaintiff on the certificates of deposit, bank accounts and savings bonds that the defendant had held jointly with Stella Jankowski.
