The plaintiffs brought this action to recover the cost of correcting certain alleged structural defects in a house which they bought from the defendant. The court rendered judgment for the latter and the plaintiffs have appealed.

The finding is not subject to correction. It recites the following facts: The plaintiffs are husband and wife. The defendant is a corporation which was engaged, during the times herein mentioned, in developing a tract of land in the town of Westport.
