Appellee sued appellant to recover damages for failure to transport and deliver live stock at place of destination in a safe and sound condition.
South Raub is a village situate twelve miles south of LaEayette. Appellant owns and operates a railroad running through Raub and LaEayette, thence in a northerly direction to Monon, forty miles north of LaEayette, where it intersects appellant’s other railroad running from Chicago in a southeasterly direction to Indianapolis; appellant thus having a continuous railroad from Raub to' Indianapolis.
