MEMORANDUM OPINION
GALLAS, United States Magistrate Judge.
This matter is before the court under diversity jurisdiction. Plaintiff Arlene Lawson, a resident of West Virginia, filed suit against several defendants for injuries sustained at Schrock’s Amish Farm in Berlin, Ohio, while a passenger on an out-of-control horse-drawn buggy. 1 According to the amended complaint, Ms. Lawson, while visiting the farm, which is a tourist attraction, purchased a ticket for a buggy ride as advertised on the premises.
