Case Summary and Issue
Teresa Perry appeals the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of Whitley County 4-H Clubs, Inc. (the "4-H Club") on Perry's negligence complaint for personal injuries suffered during a horse competition sponsored by the 4-H Club. For our review, Perry raises two issues, which we consolidate and restate as whether the trial court properly granted summary judgment based on the Indiana Equine Activity Statute.
