Me. Chief Justice Bell :
The majority opinion is in my judgment wrong for two reasons: The Workmen’s Compensation law gives compensation to an employee for an industrial accident which occurred in the course of his employment. The referee and the Workmen’s Compensation Board, who under the law are the fact-finders, and the Supreme Court found that Baur died from a coronary occlusion, a very frequent natural cause of death, and that this coronary was not the result of an industrial accident.
