Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment (No. 52), and Defendants’ opposition thereto (No. 53). Plaintiffs Sebastian Music Group, Inc., d/b/a Sebastian Music Publishing, and Eliel Lind-Osorio (“DJ Eliel”) brought the instant action pursuant to the Copyright Act of 1976, 17 U.S.C. sections 101 et seq. (the “Copyright Act”).
