'Appellant seeks to have reviewed the following assignments :(1) That the action herein was improperly removed from the District Court of Lincoln County, Oklahoma, to the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.(2) The overruling of the motion of appellant to remand.(3) The sustaining of appellee’s motion as to dismissal of the action.
