Pursuant to a stipulation in lieu of motions, a hearing was *1020held on defendant’s motion to suppress statements. The hearing was held on September 23, 24, and 25, 1998. Donald Miller and Detective William Kinsley testified for the People. At the commencement of the hearing, defendant also moved for reinspection of the Grand Jury minutes and dismissal of the indictment on various grounds.
