OPINION

This is an appeal by defendant and third-party plaintiff, Dennis M. Kostyk, from the trial court’s granting of summary judgment to the third-party defendants, John J. Casey, Frank J. Spalluzzi, Edward C. Dunn, Thomas W. Heinsohn, and Otis Sin-gletary, and the dismissal of Mr. Kostyk’s third-party complaint.
