The case presents a procedural question. Our resolution is based on the following facts in the record.
In 1980, appellant engaged appellee, an attorney, to represent him in a civil rights action against the city of Enid Oklahoma, et al. Appellee subsequently filed suit on behalf of appellant in Federal District Court. The action was decided adversely to appellant, when the federal court ruled that appellant’s claim was barred by limitations.
