This petition asks for revision and reversal of an order of the Court of Bankruptcy denying bankrupt’s claim to certain property as his homestead exemption under the laws of Minnesota. Complying with section ,24b of the Bankruptcy Act (Comp. St. §.9608), the petition, with exhibits attached, makes and presents the question or matter of law in this way: On denial of the claim by the trustee exceptions were taken and the question went to the referee, who heard testimony pro and con and on it found, that the bankrupt was a merchant and obtained the money ($13,000) paid on…
