Geisinger Health System and Geisinger Clinic (collectively, Provider) petition for review of an order of the Medical Fee Hearing Officer (Hearing Officer) determining that the State Workers' Insurance Fund (Insurer) appropriately reimbursed Provider for treatment and services rendered to Randall Campbell (Claimant) from May 5 through May 7, 2014. The Hearing Officer awarded Provider reimbursement for its treatment and services rendered in its trauma center in the amount of 100% of its usual and customary charges determined by reference to a database…
