Olga Lezcano was found guilty after a jury trial of: (1) one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371; and (2) one count of mail fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341 and 2. Ire-no Luis Delgado was found guilty after a jury trial of: (1) one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371; and (2) four counts of mail fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341 and 2.
