In this interlocutory appeal, Assurances Générales Banque Nationale appeals the trial court’s order denying its special appearance in a third-party action brought by Nadir Dhalla, alleging Assurances Gén-érales was liable for all amounts sought by Progressive County Mutual Insurance Company against Dhalla, and Dhalla’s property damages and attendant costs relating to an automobile accident.
