Sean J. Bertram (Claimant) petitions for review of an adjudication of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) denying his claim for benefits under Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law), 43 P.S. § 802(e). 1 The Board affirmed the Referee's factual finding that Claimant was dismissed for calling his employer's general sales manager a liar on January 23, 2017.
