The complainant filed its original bill in the Chancery Court of Davidson County to recover unemployment compensation taxes which it paid under protest. The hill charges that complainant is engaged in operating a large department store in Memphis, Tennessee, and leases out parts or sections of its building to persons whose business is entirely independent of complainant; *90that none of these lessees employ more than eight persons; that the “complainant does not hire or have control over the employees of said departments, but are under the exclusive control of these separate departments.”
