Opinion by
A decree of absolute divorce was entered in favor of libellant, after testimony before a master and on his recommendation, on the ground of indignities to the person as that term is defined by the statute. The court below adopted the findings of fact and recommendations of the master without discussion. As this appeal involves no new or novel question of law, our task is principally to pass our independent judgment on the facts.
