KELLY, Justice.

Certiorari to review an award of permanent partial disability which relators, the employer and insurer, contend was commuted erroneously, either because employee did not sustain simultaneous injuries or because, if he did, compensation for the disabilities he sustained to his arms and legs should have been awarded pursuant to Minn.Stat. § 176.101, subd. 3(37) (1974). We affirm.
