This is an appeal from the verdict of a jury and a judgment for damages for $2,000 for an alleged breach of contract with a laundry company for commissions for washing clothing.

The appellant Model Laundry Company, a corporation, was engaged in the laundry business at Santa Ana. The defendants C. C. Blanchard, Albert Blanchard, and E. W. Walker were directors of the corporation.
