John Woodrow Ross, plaintiff, filed this adversary proceeding to determine the dis-chargeability of tax debts pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523. Plaintiff also filed an objection to claim number 26 of the United States of America objecting to priority status and penalties attaching to the taxes at issue.
