This is an action by appellant, the payee, against appellee, the maker of a promissory note. Appellee’s answer states, in substance, that appellant is a foreign corporation, not organized under the laws of this State; that the note sued upon was executed to appellant in Newton County, Indiana, in consideration of a sewing-machine, sold to appellee by one J. F.
