Haymond, Judge:

The single question, to he determined upon this appeal, granted upon the application of the plaintiff, Tufe Hodge, is whether, under the applicable statute of this State and upon the facts set forth in the complaint of the plaintiff and disclosed by the record, the Circuit Court of Cahell County, upon service accepted by the auditor in behalf of the nonresident defendants, The Sands Manufacturing Company, an Ohio corporation, and Therm-O-Disc.
