The plaintiffs, Claire M. Clair and Jane M. Clair (collectively the “plaintiffs”), as the executrixes of their husbands’ (James Clair and Mark Clair, respectively) estates, brought this action to challenge the disposition of corporate assets remaining after the 2007 sale of substantially all of the assets of a family-owned automobile dealership business. The plaintiffs have now moved to disqualify Murphy & King, P.C. (“Murphy & King”) as counsel for defendant Joseph P.
