The appeal here is from an order by the district court granting an application for a preliminary injunction enjoining Lee-Wilson, Inc., from selling at retail electrical appliances bearing the name and trade-mark of General Electric Com pany at less than the minimum “fair, trade” prices established by General Electric Company pursuant to the Massachusetts Pair Trade Law. Mass. G.L. (Ter.Ed.) Ch. 93, §§ 14A-14D, as added by St.1937, c. 398, as amended.
