GEER, Judge.
Plaintiff homeowners James L. Mclnemey and Elizabeth B. Mclnemey brought suit pro se alleging that defendant Pinehurst Area Realty, Inc., the developer of the community where plaintiffs own a home, committed an unfair trade practice by amending the Declaration of Protective Covenants governing the properties in that community. After a bench trial, the trial court entered judgment in favor of defendant.
