MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

YOUNG, District Judge.

The plaintiff Helen Agresti brought this action to obtain judicial review of a final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (the “Secretary”) denying her application for Social Security disability benefits. The Secretary found that indicia of continuous severe pain, such as muscle atrophy and gross loss of muscle tone, were not present; that her daily activities were not as markedly restricted as might be expected in cases involving continuous severe, intractable pain; and that the medical record failed to demonstrate any impairment,…
