Pope, Judge.

Marshall John Mauldin appeals his conviction of kidnapping, rape, aggravated sodomy, aggravated assault and robbery by intimidation. See also Golden v. State, 163 Ga. App. 629 (295 SE2d 144) (1982). Held:

1. The evidence showed that on June 18,1980 at about 5:00 p.m. the victim was standing at a bus stop on Covington Highway waiting to catch a MARTA bus. While she was waiting, two men, the appellant and his co-defendant, drove by and asked the victim if she needed a ride. She accepted the ride and asked to be taken to the Avondale Station thinking she could catch a bus quicker…
