This action was originally commenced before W. J. Lawrence, justice of the peace in and for Okfuskee county, by John Bastable against Chas. E. Northcutt and Dallas A. Evans to recover possession of a certain tract of land situated in said county; judgment was for the plaintiff in the justice court, and this judgment was affirmed on appeal to the county court. The defendants, feeling aggrieved, bring error, and rely for a reversal upon three specifications of error, viz.: (1) The court had no jurisdiction of the subject-matter.
