Robert L. Watts, Sr. (claimant) appeals a decision of the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission denying his claim for temporary total disability benefits from June 25, 2001 through September 12, 2001, and from October 18, 2001 through February 25, 2002. Claimant complains that the commission erred in holding (1) that the evidence was insufficient to establish a de facto award, and (2) that the claimant was required to prove he adequately marketed his residual work capacity during the June through September and October through February time periods.
