MEMORANDUM OPINION SUSTAINING TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO DEBTOR’S EXEMPTION

This matter is before the Court following a hearing on the “Trustee’s Objection to Exemptions” (the “Objection”) filed by Michelle H. Chow as the Chapter 7 Trustee (the “Trustee”) in the above-referenced bankruptcy case. The Objection seeks to invalidate the Debtor’s homestead exemption claim as to 64 acres of property located near Sulphur Springs in Hopkins County, Texas.
